Dear Neighbors,

The community has asked for a public meeting about the Dewey Park project, and it is happening December 5 at IAA at 5:00-6:30pm

I am concerned that this park is not getting the public process it deserves when the changes being made by the addition of the sculpture and the shade structures, and seating to the concrete area will be dramatic changes to the park. Additionally, what is being called a "Refresh" of the concrete area is ignoring the long-standing work done by the community to close off spring street and create a green space addition to the park.

The community's voices are not being sought and are being ignored in this process. Please come to the meeting at IAA and share what is important to you, or questions you have about Dewey Park. Please bring your friends and neighbors and share in other Front Porch Forums.
