How to breathe, receive and reflect the divine feminine

Dear Breathers I have missed you. We had a sweet weekend with breathing into the divine feminine recently here in Vermont. I am continuing to invoke her immense grace in this Dec. breath class as well. Changing from liquid to solid, steam to clouds our entire being similarly goes through constant change. Being able to change and surrender to the divine within and without is one of the steps on the path of accruing more consciousness and love. How do we receive the sun shining through these ice crystals? Do we see this just scientifically or do we sense the warmth, intelligence and generosity embedded in each ray of sunlight? Can we melt at the touch of a supreme consciousness when it touches our innate true nature? How do we respond to pain or adversity? Can we see these as experiences helping our growth and become less self absorbed? I am so grateful to have been able to feel the bliss and surrender from all of life and Divine Mother. Breathe in the infinite love and breathe out your clinging and fears as we inch closer to the end of the year.
