This New Year's Eve brings the seventeenth annual North Bennington NYE Cello Concert, an hour of solo cello featuring a Bach suite and other chamber pieces. This year's cellist is Jared Shapiro, a Bennington native and professional cellist now living in East Dorset. The concert will be at 6 p.m. at the Left Bank, 5 Bank Street North Bennington. Masks will be required and audience numbers will be limited so free tickets will be available in advance.... locations to be announced in a week. The concert is presented by the Left Bank and the Fund for North Bennington, the McCullough Free Library, and Blue Rider Events, with assistance from Bennington's Universalist Unitarian Fellowship. The concert will be also recorded for future online posting.
