Join Cassie in a "sacred space of silence" where we practice shifting and lifting our self awareness through various breath exercises and meditation techniques.

We will acquire the patience to learn the art of meditation.

She will introduce balancing the breath by learning various breathing exercises; learn how to activate internal vibration through simple chants to create clarity and a sense of calmness; and finish in silence as a collective before receiving 15 minutes of a Sound Healing.

She creatively infuses quartz singing bowls, a 4 ft x 6 ft Planetarium Chime Unit and a 28" Womb Drum…
