What: 60 minute restorative yoga class. Class will include gentle stretching, restorative poses and meditation. Restorative poses are supportive, comfortable shapes held for 5-10 minutes to allow the body to fully relax. Helpful props include: pillow/bolster, blanket, stack of books (blocks).
