The Planning Commission invites you to our 3rd hearing on amending the Richmond Zoning Regulations for our two mixed use districts: the Village Residential/Commercial and the Gateway Residential/Commercial. This meeting will be at 7 PM on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
We'll be taking further comments and discussing changes that we might make in response to the feedback we have received at our earlier hearings. The materials for all the proposed amendments can be found on the town website (boards and meetings – Planning Commission – 11/16, 11/2 and 10/19 meetings). You can attend the meeting in person, in the Town meeting room, or on Zoom (meeting ID on the agenda for 11/16). You can also email your comments to our Town Planner at rvenkataraman@richmondvt.gov.
We hope to develop a final proposal by our December 6th meeting and forward that document to the Selectboard for their consideration and potential adoption. This work is part of our continuing efforts to review the entire Zoning Regulation for compatibility with our 2018 Town Plan, and to be sure the document is serving our current needs.
