Take advantage of this chance to sharpen your edges for the holidays!

Bring Jan your knives this Sunday, November 20th 10 am- 1pm to: 17 Fuller St, Montpelier. Top of hill on right. Light blue house with big porch (look for sign).

Please bring knives wrapped in a kitchen towel or newspaper for safety. I am only taking straight edges (aka non-serrated knives) at this pop-up event (other tools you can leave or ask about for drop-off service*). Cash or Venmo preferred, checks ok, cards last resort and will be charged a fee.

Jan has been sharpening knives for over a decade, professionally training with a Chicago master sharpener Steve Botteroff. Jan's approach to sharpening uses multiple methods: water-cooled stone wheel, precision paper belts, and leather strop. I also hand sharpen some tools but only for drop off service. *I cannot guarantee I can get to all knives outside of this event before Thanksgiving. All knives brought to this pop-up will be done same day.
