The Montpelier-Roxbury Board of School Directors meets TOMORROW, Wednesday, November 16th , 6:30 p.m. @ the Roxbury Village School. The meeting will be held in the RVS Town Hall or you can participate virtually via Zoom. *The Zoom link is in the agenda.*

Board meetings always begin with a public comment opportunity at 6:30 p.m.; public comments can be made whether you attend in-person or virtually.

***If you have any feedback with regard to the new Montpelier-Roxbury (Northfield, South Village Mobil) Late Bus (https://www.mrpsvt.org/bus-routes), this would be a great place to share. The thought behind the Northfield end stop is that it's central to those living in Roxbury and E. Roxbury. However, depending on ridership, the district may extend the route to go into Roxbury village. The Board and Superintendent Bonesteel would love to hear from families and students intending to utilize this bus.

At this week's meeting, the MRPS Board will take on the following:

-Update on MRPS Vision/Mission work with Nathan Suter, BUILD
-Update from the Equity Committee
-Potential Board approval of Policy Monitoring Reports for:
C14 Policy on Section 504 and ADA Grievance Protocol for Students and Staff
F11 Pupil Privacy Rights
-Policy Readings
Policies Replacing and Repealing Current Policies A02, A03, & A04 - first reading
A20 - Board Meetings Agenda, Preparation, and Distribution
A21 - Public Participation in Board Meetings
A22 - Notice of Non-Discrimination
A23- Community Engagement and Vision
A24 - Board/Superintendent Relations
First Reading Policy F2 - Nondiscriminatory Mascots and School Branding
