Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) is a transformational depth therapy which helps individuals access creative resources while exploring the world within. It utilizes carefully chosen music which stimulates journeys of the imagination. This event will provide group relaxation, music listening and active imagination experiences while introducing the practice of GIM as a therapeutic modality. You will have a chance to learn about the method and share your experiences with others. Take time for yourself to receive and discover your inner world.

Pat Lambdin is a board certified music therapist and an advanced trainee in GIM. He offers person centered music therapy for adults to support inner growth and transformation.
