Sourdough Cinnamon Bun Class

Learn how to make delicious sourdough cinnamon buns to grace your table through the holiday season! There will be a full demonstration on the cinnamon bun making process and sourdough starter care, with sourdough snacks provided. We will make the sourdough cinnamon bun dough, filling, and icing together which participants will take home to rise and bake (be sure to BRING one large bowl, two medium bowls and a dish towel!). Learn what sourdough starter is, how to care for it, and how to use it in other recipes. Leave with your dough, filling, icing and a sample of starter. This class is designed for people who are brand-new to sourdough or have never worked with it. There will be a full demonstration on the bread making process and starter care, with sourdough snacks provided. We will make no-knead sourdough dough together which participants will take home to rise and bake (be sure to BRING your own BOWL and DISH TOWEL!).
Learn about how to care for your starter, and the science of baking. Leave with your dough and a sample of starter.
