The first step in building climate resilience and taking action is to acknowledge the complex emotional reactions that we are all experiencing. This small group is a space where all experiences and emotions are welcome without judgement. We come together to listen respectfully and support each other simply by sharing our own vulnerabilities.
It is not a space to express political views, convince, advocate, or pressure for action.
As your host and a climate resilience coach, I might share practices or ask questions so that you can leave more empowered and optimistic.
