Hands-On Mala Making Workshop:

The Mala is a sacred garland or necklace of 108 prayer beads. It is used in meditation, mantra, affirmation, or yoga practice. Meditating or repeating a mantra over each bead can enhance mindfulness, well-being, clarity, and connection to self and others. The Mala necklace is also a popular boho-chic fashion accessory.

This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to learn more about mantra, intention setting, or using beads for meditation, peace of mind, or yoga practice.

Each participant will make a wood and gemstone bead Mala to take home and enjoy for years to come. No experience with mantra, yoga, or jewelry making is necessary. Everyone is welcome. Come join us and make a Mala for yourself or to gift to someone special this holiday season.
