Tomorrow Saturday November 5th we will have the Wagyu Wagon (Black Radish Catering's food truck) at the football field at CVU high school serving up wagyu beef sliders, burgers, poutine, French dip sandwich, fries and McKenzie hot dogs for the semi-final varsity football game. It's going to be a lovely day so stop in grab some lunch and cheer on the Redhawks. We plan to be ready to cook at 11:30 and will shut down shortly after the game is over.
