The Brain Freezer 5K will happen Sat 7/12/14 in Burlington, VT. Challengers must run 1.5 miles, eat a full pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream, then run the rest of the way back.

All of the proceeds from the race go to People Helping People Global, a Vermont-based, international development organization that provides interest-free micro-loans to individuals to start small businesses.
