The Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Adjustment meet via Zoom on Monday, November 7th at 7:00 PM. The Zoning Board of Adjustment will be conducting a hearing for a Conditional Use application. Please see the agenda and Public Hearing Notice on the Town Website (also posted on the Town Hall bulletin board, Watroba's, and the Reading Greenhouse.)

Please note that persons who request interested person status in the hearing are required to identify themselves, participate in the hearing orally or in writing and state the reason for their request. Only interested persons who participate are granted the right to appeal a decision of the ZBA. "Participation in a local regulatory proceeding shall consist of offering, through oral or written testimony, evidence or a statement of concern related to the subject of the proceeding." 24 V.S.A. § 4471(a). Therefore, if you are unable to attend but request interested person status in writing, please email the Zoning Board Chair and Vice Chair using the address readingvt.plancomm@gmail.com. Be sure to include your full name and mailing address as well as the reason for the request in your statement of concern.
