Wildflower Baking Company, a new bakery, is hosting their Grand Opening pop-up sale on Saturday, November 5 from 10:00-3:30!

Their focus is on seasonally-flavored cheesecakes, but they also sell cookies and muffins. The current menu features pumpkin, cider, peanut butter nutella, or classic vanilla cheesecakes; chai muffins; sugar cookies; and cheesecake-stuffed cookies. The Grand Opening will take place at 1 Elm Street in Waterbury, which is also the storefront for Red Poppy Cakery.
