Ecstatic Dance w/ Sound Bath

Ecstatic Dance is a free form dance designed to bring one through five rhythms of meditative movement. Starts with an opening circle for 15 minutes, then free form dance (or still ness) for about 75 minutes, then end with a 30 minute sound bath offered by the sound healer, Stephen Scuderi from Heart Song Studio in Burlington. Stephen plays large brass singing bowls on or near the body during a resting phase at the end of the session. Stay around afterwards for some warming soup - featuring produce from local farms and lots of love.
