The Central Vermont Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) will host a program on biodiversity on Wednesday, November 2 at 1:30 p.m.at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center.
Curt Lindberg, co-director of the Vermont Alliance of Half-Earth, will discuss "Our Better Nature: Hopeful Excursions in Saving Biodiversity."
In the face of constant and staggering news about the decline of our natural world, Lindberg co-founded the VT Alliance of Half-Earth and co-edited a book of Vermont stories and essays which inspire hope in Vermont's many efforts to protect its biodiversity. He will share lessons learned and ways we can participate.
You may register for the remaining six weekly presentations―three talks plus three films―for $40 ($70 for two people) or for individual sessions at $8 apiece.
