In this talk, Michael Dwyer will present several new case studies of genealogy mysteries solved using DNA and traditional research methods. He will include examples using all three types of DNA tests.
Sometimes, gaining insight into how a new tool like DNA can help us solve an existing problem is best demonstrated with actual examples. Case studies are particularly powerful vehicles for visualizing the simple power of complex methods. They are especially useful when showing how to employ the tools of genetic genealogy to push through brickwalls in our family histories.
This talk from the VT Genealogy Library will be an online Zoom webinar. It begins at 10:30 AM and the class fee is $10. You can register at: www.vtgenlib.org or call us at 802-871-5647 for questions.
