Reviewing and possibly approving for a town-wide vote at the 2023 Town Meeting updated Middlesex Land Use and Development Regulations presented to the Select Board on August 2, 2022. Action possible.

5:30 Considering a subcommittee's recommendation that a certain architectural firm, responding to a request for proposals, conduct a feasibility study of the current Town Hall. Action likely.

5:50 Meeting with Rubin Bennett of rbTechnologies. No action. (Note: Due to scheduling, this agenda item may take place at a subsequent meeting.)

6:05 Reviewing the 1999 Town Speed Ordinance and planning next steps. Action unlikely.

6:15 Discussion of whether the Town should implement a "social media policy" as part of its Personnel Policy. Action unlikely.

6:20 Highway Report: update on highway issues. Action possible

6:35 Treasurer Report: review and approval of the FY 2021 audit of the Town's Finances conducted by Batchelder Associates. Action likely.
