"Ahhh, thank you," says almost everyone who experiences a Reiki treatment. Recipients of reiki are often less anxious, notice less pain, have an idea of what their next step is, or simply feel refreshed and able to face what comes next.

First Degree Reiki Class: November 11 - 13, 2022.
We start with self-treatment, the foundation of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki. Then we practice giving Reiki to each other and discuss a wide variety of situations. You'll be able to share Reiki with others--family and friends, including your pets--after the class.

I'll tell you the Reiki story and how it came from Japan to the West. We'll also consider the Reiki precepts.
Once trained and initiated in this gentle, spirit-based practice, you can use it for your whole life.
Classes are taught over a weekend, beginning Friday evening, 7 to 10 pm, Saturday, 9:30 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 12:30 to 5 pm. In Brattleboro.

Dates in the FPF calendar are for the introductory section; all are welcome. It is also the first part of the training. No hard sell; I trust the right timing. Please let me know you are coming. Recent Covid tests requested.
