Our Combat Breast Cancer event features our amazing team of BODYCOMBAT instructors guiding you to punch, kick, and kata for a special 2-hour exercise class to support our local breast cancer chapter. We finish the event with a 30-minute Yoga stretch.

This event is open to the public (i.e., members and non-members are welcome) and free to attend, although donations to support breast cancer research and resources are encouraged!
