Past event
Jun 25, 2014, 6:30 PM

The Public is invited to attend a Local Concerns Meeting on Wednesday, June 25th, 2014 at 6:30 PM in the Hearth Room of the Waterbury Best Western, 45 Blush Hill Road, Waterbury VT for discussion of a possible multi-use trail connecting Waterbury Village with Little River State Park. The Town’s consultant, ORW Landscape Architects and Planners (ORW) will be presenting information on the trail feasibility study. The study area is generally defined as the area between downtown Waterbury and the Little River State Park and between Route 2 and Blush Hill Rd.

The intent of the meeting is to collect input from the public, abutting property owners, regulatory and resource agencies, and municipal officials on their ideas and concerns relative to a multi-use connector trail in this area. Conceptual trail alignment options will be presented at a subsequent meeting.

Please contact Steve Lotspeich or Lauren Oates from the Town of Waterbury at slotspeich@waterburyvt.com or loates@waterburyvt.com, or call Steve at (802) 244-1012 with questions.

Ben & Jerry's has been gracious enough to donate ice cream for the meeting, so bring your sweet tooth! Hope to see you there!
