Halloween is on Monday! Come one and all for trick or treating in Downtown Randolph, a photo booth, and a Day of the Dead Display in the gazebo. Parents please remember to dress your kids in visible gear! Safe and Seen Halloween has been held in downtown Randolph since 2014 -- a collaboration of the White River Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Randolph Area Community Development Corporation, and the Randolph Recreation Program. There will be many treats!!
