The Yellow House Community (YHC) is a State licensed Therapeutic Community Residence located in downtown Middlebury. We recently renovated our second dwelling, the Carriage Barn, and are excited to hire additional staff ("Sidekicks") for our two beautiful homes. At YHC, we provide residential support to young adults ("Friends") with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are looking for team players who are patient, reliable, and love to have FUN for the following roles:
* DAYTIME SIDEKICK (FT/PT; Shift hours: 7am – 3pm)
* EVENING SIDEKICK (FT/PT; Shift hours: 3pm – 9pm)
* OVERNIGHT SIDEKICK (PT; Shift hours: 9pm – 7am)
* "TWO-PACK" SIDEKICK (PT; Evening 3pm – 9pm + Overnight 9pm – 7am)
*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PT)
$18-23/HR - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING – PAID TRAINING
