Come and join us for weekly Taiji classes in Craftsbury Common and Hardwick. Craftsbury classes are Tuesday evenings at Sterling College in room 1958 from 6-7pm, and Hardwick classes are at the Open Space, 64 Main in the lower level Friday mornings at 10am. Class fees are $15 per class to drop in but go as low as $10/class with a class card.
Taiji is great for increasing balance, relief from back and neck pain, clearing the mind and reduced chance of cognitive decline, better heart health, less anxiety and stress and improved mood overall!
