Another program in Beth Jacob Synagogue's "Jewish Cuisine from Around the World" will take place on Sunday, June 29th, from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Join Chef Rick Beun to learn how to cook some of the more challenging dishes from the critically acclaimed "Jerusalem" cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi and Sami Tamimi, RIck is well-suited to leading this program. He is a student at NECI with a Sephardic family background from southern France. The class will be held at Beth Jacob Synagogue, 10 Harrison Ave., Montpelier.
