40th Army Band Concerts
The Vermont National Guard and the Office of the Adjutant General are proud to present “Vermont’s Own” 40th Army Band in concert. The program, “An American Celebration,” will feature traditional patriotic American tunes, as well as contemporary musical favorites. Come see the 40th Army Band perform Tuesday, July 1st at 7:00 PM at St. Raphaels Catholic Church, 21 East Main St, Poultney. The event will be held on the lawn so bring a chair or blanket. Rain location will be inside the church hall. St Raphaels and the Poultney-Granville Town Band are jointly hosting the event.

Members of the 40th Army Band serve one weekend a month and two weeks of Annual Training each year in the Vermont Army National Guard. As civilians the rest of the year, they are engaged in such diverse occupations as education, law, security, technology, medicine, and sales.
