VCIL Accessible Halloween

Vermont Center for Independent Living is hosting all trick-or-treaters of all ages for our Accessible Halloween. Stop by our office at 11 East State Street (across from City Center) for fun activities, treats (candy and non-candy) and more starting at 4pm.
