It’s about time you had some strawberries!! Yup, this Sunday, it is time (1pm to 4pm) for the Annual Strawberry Social at Pomykala Farm to benefit the Grand Isle/North Hero Rescue Squad. Strawberry shortcake, smoothies, chocolate-covered berries, magic show, music and good, old-fashioned neighborly fun! While you are there be sure to talk to the members of the Rescue Squad, see their equipment, and learn about the wonderful volunteer opportunities. The squad needs more volunteers and this is a unique opportunity to serve your community. Turn east on Faywood from Rt. 2, go up over the hill and follow the crowd.
