My friend asked me to share this with my neighbors. This is one of my favorite events of the year.

Penny Fair at St. Peter's

Saturday November 5th is almost here and that means it is time for St. Peter's Annual Penny Fair at the Parish Hall in Vergennes.

Many great prizes will be available, as well as many gift certificates and items from area businesses, a cash raffle; prizes for all ages! Check out the window at Jackman Fuels in Vergennes to see only some of the gifts that will be available. Doors open at 10 a.m., and the drawing will start at 6:30 p.m. You do NOT have to be present for the drawings to win--we will hold your ticket stubs. Come by & have a bite to eat. We have homemade soup and some sandwiches, snacks & drinks. Hope to see you there!

There is still plenty of time if you are thinking about making a donation. It can be dropped off at St. Peter's Rectory(Hours Mondays & Wednesdays 8-4:30, Tuesday1-4:30), at Jackman Fuels on Main St Vergennes (Hours Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30) Or contact Jeanne Senesac 802-877-3449 or reply to this posting, Missy Campono, or Eileen Leach ( leacheileen919@gmail.com) and we can help figure out another time.
