Archaeological History in Richmond – A Richmond Historical Society Program
Ever wondered about the people who dug the old cellar holes you see in the woods? Or what traces Abenaki people left in this area before Europeans arrived? On Saturday, November 12, Vermont State Archivist Jess Robinson will talk about the archaeological history of Chittenden County in the Richmond Congregational Church fellowship hall. All are welcome at this free community event, which begins at 7 pm.
There will be cider and dessert treats on hand to start things off. And we will take a few moments to recognize and thank the many volunteers who have contributed their time this year on behalf of the Richmond Historical Society and Old Round Church. For more information, please visit our website: www.oldroundchurch.com.
Masks are encouraged but not required. We hope to see you there.
