To create more equitable experiences for students and staff, Winooski School District (WSD) has teamed up with TNTP - an organization that partners with districts, schools, and educators - to examine our hiring processes, school culture, and retention. Over the last several months, TNTP collected and analyzed information provided by staff, teachers, students, families and caregivers and school leaders to help WSD better understand how to attract, support, and retain teachers of color.

Please join us for our WSD Community Dinner where we will share TNTP's findings and recommendations as well as WSD's plans to improve the experience for all students and staff.
