This movement experience is meant to connect you to the autonomy that is rightly yours! Through movement, stillness, sound, and being in community with one another we will collectively explore what it feels like to do whatever you want with your body in whatever way feels right to you.
The plan is as follows:

movement suggestions
free form movement
relaxation
A portion of the proceeds for these monthly movement classes will go to local organizations and charities. October's class will benefit the Old North End Mutual Aid.
