Ever wonder what happens to the food you see lying in the fields this time of year? Most of it rots there because Americans won't eat ugly fruits and vegetables. Salvation Farms gleans these leftovers, and distributes them to local food shelves and people in need, tons and tons and counting. Join us tomorrow night at The Double E in Essex Junction from 5-10 as local musicians support these efforts by covering musical legends: Dale Cavanaugh does John Prine, The Art of Donncherie covers Tina Turner, Blues For Breakfast tackles The Rolling Stones, Tessa Gordon performs Rhonda Vincent, John Fusco & Friends pay homage to Gregg Allman & Friends and Swale cap it off covering Black Sabbath. There will be a great silent auction, with almost two dozen items, including a signed and framed Phish poster from their 2022 summer tour. Tickets will be $35 at the door or you can watch the livestream for $15. More info at their website and FB page for you to lend your support.
