The alburgh Public Library will be hosting Lisa McCrillis case manager from the Howard Center on Thursday, October 20th at 10am.

A brief introduction to the concept of self-care, what that looks like and why it's important for not only the clients and loved ones but essential for caregivers. This workshop is free and open to EVERYONE!
