Revitalizing Waterbury has taken on a important project to beautify the alley next to the Stowe St Emporium, a memorial to Jack Carter, former owner of the Emporium and the un-official "Mayor of Stowe Street ." Christmas ornaments & decorations; antique beds & school desks; many household items & glassware; games books an so much more.

Where: 89 Old Woods Rd, off Shaw Mansion Rd. From 10am to 4pm. Follow the signs and help us honor Jack's tireless work to beautiful our town!
