Join us on Friday 10/14 and 10/28 from 6:30-8:30 pm for Ecstatic Dance in Lyndonville.
We invite you to take part in a free form dance experience, moving your body in a safe space. Open to ALL, no previous dance/movement experience necessary.
A different eclectic playlist is offered each week, inspired by Gabrielle Roth's 5 Rhythms, with music in a "wave" format, starting slow, building to a peak, and returning to stillness.
Dance is by donation for space rental.
