The Public Assets Institute in Montpelier, according to its mission, "improves the wellbeing of all Vermonters and advances racial, social, and economic justice through research, fiscal analysis, public engagement and empowerment, and by developing and promoting policies that state government can enact." Director Paul Cillo will retire at the end of the year, and deputy director Stephanie Yu step into the director position on January 1. We'll talk about the transition, trends they've observed in pressures on state government and how state government serves Vermonters, and more.
