Past event
Aug 6, 2013, 7 PM

The Charlotte Historical Society is sponsoring a talk on Tuesday, August 6 by Charlotte historian David Perrin titled "Vermont Coin Silver; the bright spoons that our great-grandmothers loved" at the Charlotte Senior Center at 212 Ferry Road at 7 PM. David says that anyone who has coin silver spoons is encouraged to bring them and determine if they were made in Vermont. This event is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will follow the talk.

Mark your calendars for September 3 when Rick Kerschner, Director of Preservation & Conservation at the Shelburne Museum comes to the Senior Center to speak about conserving family artifacts.

Also, please visit the Charlotte Museum on Church Hill Road on Sundays from 1 to 4 PM, to peruse some of our collection and speak with our Historical Society members.
