Meditation has been described as a naturally occurring state of rest while you remain awake and alert. Just as yoga and physical exercise increase body strength, balance, and flexibility, meditation is a process to heal and energize and increase awareness and metal flexibility. Over 9 sessions create a practice to bring calm to the mind and improve your ability to navigate change, challenges, and uncertainty.
The first session is Monday, October 17, 2022 at Sweetwater Studios.
