Did you know one of New England's largest branches of the NAACP is right here in Vermont? The Rutland Area NAACP covers Bennington, Rutland, and Addison counties and provides education, advocacy, and support around issues of racial justice, equity, and discrimination. We're excited to be holding our annual fundraising dinner (in person!) in Rutland with keynote speaker Bor Yang, the executive director of the Vermont Human Rights Commission. (She's amazing.) It's a chance to celebrate our accomplishments of the year, honor leaders in the community, and raise funds for the work to come. We invite the community to join us!
