Meet at VAE/Post Office in NoBenn., as we meander down to the fountain and back up to Lion's Park for refreshments by Norshaft Lions, bonfire, music and the Halloween Awards. One of the biggest events of the year and not to be missed! (note this is a "walking parade only).
