This week's OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) program will be presented by Jeb Wallace-Brodeur, long-time photographer for the Times Argus. Many of us have been enchanted by his photos for many years, whether they are of the beauty of our area, an important historical event, or the new puppy of our next door neighbor. Jeb will talk about how he finds his subjects, where he gets his ideas and how he decides what will be of interest.
The presentation will be on Wednesday, October 5 at 1:30 p.m. at the Montpelier Senior Activity Center.
If you are already a member for this semester, you are all set. If you would like to join, or come just to this program, please go to: learn.uvm.edu/olli/centralvt
Cost is $8 for a single session, or $40 for the whole semester. Please note that we cannot take money at the door, but you may register retroactively if you decide at the last minute to attend.
All of our sessions are graciously filmed by ORCA, and are put on their website. The first program we had this year, a presentation by Diane Derby, Senator Leahy's former staffer, is up now for your viewing pleasure. Go to: orcamedia.net and search "Osher" for all of our recorded videos.
