On-Going Exercise Classes at Waterbury Senior Center

When: Weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, from Oct 4 through Nov 3, 2022. Recess until mid-January.

Free Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 pm at the Waterbury Senior Center (14 Stowe St). The classes are sponsored by the Central Vermont Council on Aging (CVCOA) and the Waterbury Senior Center.

This low-impact and evidence-based program is great for ANYONE looking for an easy-on-the-joints workout experience. Join this free one-hour class to help keep your joints flexible, strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and your energy level. You will benefit from this class even if you do not have arthritis.

YOU CAN JOIN THIS ONGOING CLASS ANY TIME. No previous experience is necessary.
The class will be led by Pauline Nolte. Residents from neighboring towns are welcome.
