The Jericho Planning Commission will hold their next regular meeting on October 4, 2022, 7:00pm, in person at Town Hall and via Zoom, YouTube/MMCTV, and Comcast local cable TV.
The City Manager from St. Albans will share experiences with community wastewater projects. The PC will discuss opportunities for investing Jericho's ARPA funds (American Rescue Plan - Covid recovery), focusing on how to encourage development of smaller and modestly-priced homes in the village areas. In November, the PC will begin working with consultant Sterling Mountain Community Planning and Design, on the next update of the Town Plan.
