On Saturday, June 21st there will be a fun family-friendly event at the ReSOURCE location at 30 Granite Street in Barre to celebrate the successful completion of the ReSOURCE Barre Social Enterprise Capital Campaign. Come see the tremendous transformation from an old abandoned granite shed to a historically preserved energy-efficient community-supporting retail and training venue. And a performance venue to boot. A flying stage that gets lowered from the ceiling for celebrations like this! The event will feature two free concerts: (1) The Re-Bops will perform for the kids at 4:00 and (2) Kat Wright and the Indomitable Soul Band will perform starting around 6:00. Senator Patrick Leahy and Barre Mayor Tom Lauzon will also be participating in the event and will have a few words to say between concerts. There will be free food and drink for you to enjoy. This is an Alcohol-free event, so bring the kids! A free party on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and evening in Vermont. See you there!
