I would recommend Stowe Historical Society's special program: "Energizing Moscow's Mill", which will take place at the annual meeting. You will learn about the former history of the Moscow Mill, the structural analysis and the proposed site design to incorporate the mill into Moscow Village. Stowe Electric's Michael Lazorchak, the project manager, will be the speaker.
