October 3rd: VT Hunter & Cooking Wild Game: Farmer Ama will be demonstrating how to pressure can meat - a great way to save excess meat from the hunt! You can also taste a delicious wild game stew while you listen to VT Hunter Bill Schwab share his lifetime of experience hunting!
October 10th: Cheese Making: Carol Fairbank of Broadfork Farm shares her expertise in making mozzarella cheese right in your own kitchen! Perfect for pizza, pasta, or just snacking.
October 17th: Fermentation 201: Homesteader Ewa Senkowska will be back to help you take your fermentation skills to the next level. From sauerkraut to ginger carrots and everything in between!
October 24th: Bone Broth: Farmer Ama will return to make nutritious and delicious chicken back broth with chicken backs from Sowing Roots Farm and root veggies from Nama Farm! Learn this ancient recipe to prepare for good health throughout the winter.
