Rides of between an hour and two hours, with time afterward to celebrate the season and the bicycling community. Gravel, trail, and family recreational options. Ride to a swim in South Pond included.
Rides include both gravel (mostly) and paved (some) roads. Best bikes to bring are gravel and trail bikes. Maps will be available. Helmets registration and release form required. Gather at The Marlboro Community Center, South Road, Marlboro VT. at 12:30. Parking across from the center and up Town Hill Rd. Please eat beforehand.
12:30 - Registration
1:00 – 1:45 Flat repair, derailleur, and brake adjustment demo
1:15 - First Rides (longer distance) depart
1:15 – 3:30 – Kids grassy – obstacle rides – Town Park
1: 45 – 2:00 – – Medium distance ride. Butterfield and back
1:30 – Family ride to the pond.
2:00 - Trail ride – various trails
3:30 – 4:30 – After ride refreshments – cider, donuts, cheese
and bread, snacks and (limited) beer.
